the dust can only rise when things start moving forward.

Ok, I’ll be the first to say it… WTF is going on lately?

Can we PLEASE stop the start-stop-start-stop energy already?

Is it just me, or does it feel like things have been taking off and then pause for no given reason?

Like we’re living at the meeting point of the Year of the Horse and the Year of the Snake like two intertwined puzzle pieces — just waiting for the wind to blow us in any direction?

This Taurus New Moon has a chaotic way of reminding us to take our power back and recognize that sometimes it’s just dust falling away. When a horse gallops forward, dust gets kicked up behind it — but it’s up to you whether you want to sit there in the dust or brush yourself off and keep moving forward.

Give yourself permission to release the guilt around expressing what you really want. Let the guilt go.

Allow yourself to feel everything fully… and then come back to a grounded, poignant focus.

That “start-stop” feeling may not actually be what’s happening. It only feels that way because every step right now is new, unfamiliar, and out of the ordinary for you. And honestly? Allowing yourself to be truly seen is scary.

This moon is asking us to stop abandoning ourselves just to stay comfortable.

Give yourself grace for the breakthrough, the feelings of overwhelm, and then the recalibration. It takes time. Give it time.

Because setbacks are not failures — they’re opportunities to reevaluate the direction you actually want to go. They’re course corrections. They’re clarity.

This New Moon highlights the patterns in how you respond, protect yourself, and process past experiences. Notice them without judgment.

Stay consistent without attaching urgency to everything. You do not have to force your next chapter into existence overnight.

Taurus energy reminds us that sustainable growth is slow, intentional, and embodied. Not rushed. Not panic-driven.

Let this moon shake things up where you’ve become stagnant, while also grounding you deeper into your worth.

Turn shame into confidence by clearly communicating your needs.

Turn hesitation into movement.

Turn survival mode into self-trust.

You are allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself without apologizing for it.

Remember, the dust can only rise when things start moving forward.

Happy Taurus New Moon 🤍

From my heart to yours,

JOURNAL PROMPTS:

1. What guilt, shame, or fear around expressing my needs am I finally ready to release?

2. What would it look like for me to move consistently and intentionally — without urgency, pressure, or survival mode?

3. Where in my life am I mistaking discomfort or unfamiliarity for a sign that I should stop moving forward?

CRYSTAL PARINGS:

Pink Petalite // Carries an incredibly soft, calming energy that supports emotional release without emotional chaos. This crystal feels especially aligned with the parts of this New Moon asking us to let go of guilt, self-pressure, and the need to hold everything together all the time.

It helps create safety within yourself while navigating change, grief, overwhelm, or identity shifts. Less about “fixing” your emotions and more about allowing yourself to move through them gently.

A reminder that softness is not weakness — it’s trust.

Mookaite // Grounding in a way that doesn’t feel heavy or restrictive. It helps stabilize scattered energy while still encouraging movement, growth, and adaptability — which feels very aligned with the chaotic start-stop energy surrounding this moon.

This crystal supports trusting your instincts, moving without urgency, and understanding that recalibration is still progress. It reminds you that you don’t have to force clarity before taking the next step.

Steady movement is still movement.

Chrysocolla // Carries the energy of honest, embodied self-expression. It encourages you to communicate your needs clearly while staying connected to your truth instead of shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable.

This crystal feels deeply supportive for anyone learning how to be fully seen without attaching shame to their emotions, boundaries, or desires.

There’s a calm confidence to Chrysocolla — not loud, not performative, just deeply rooted in self-trust.
