In an instant, my whole life changed.
Everything shifted. Nothing made sense, yet everything was clear.
 
Many of us are driven and propelled by the events that happen to us, instead of taking those events and rising above to an even better place. Bills must be paid, so we focus on how to make money rather than honing in on our true purpose.
 
I feel eternally blessed for my wake up call…
 
Within 48 hours, I found out that cancer had been removed from my body and was “no longer there” – before I could even process “beating” such a terrible disease, my mother was taken from this earth.
 
It was then that I knew that I was put here for something bigger, something greater than myself.
 
My vision is to transform your life through REdefining the connection between your mind, body, soul, and space, reimagining the way we live worldwide. Whether that be through your yoga practice or through connecting your space to your mind, body, and soul, I am here to support you on your journey.
 
My background starts in the arts and interior design, and I have been practicing yoga for over 19 years. My love and appreciation for its beauty and joy that it brings to my life grows every day. I offer a unique, artistic and comprehensive approach to the practice that encourages students to view challenges from alternate perspectives, and to live their lives to the fullest potential! It is also a fantastic and healing form of exercise.
 
I have always been drawn to working with and supporting people. Being able to have a positive impact on how someone goes about their day, week or even life is what keeps me going. Yoga has changed my life both on and off the mat. I would be honored to work with you, and look forward to speaking with you soon.
