Join me at The Richland in Old Towne Orange for an intentional evening of rest, release, and REconnection. We’ll begin with a nourishing somatic yoga practice, gently guiding the body into ease before flowing into a breathwork journey. This powerful pairing invites your nervous system to soften, allowing old tension to melt away and make room for clarity, balance, and REnewal. As we move through the practice, reiki energy will be channeled to support deeper healing and awaken your inner voice.
