through the chakras:

Ethically Compliant with the GPBA

Live Online Training Begins June 17

This immersive live virtual breathwork facilitator training is designed for individuals who feel called to guide others through the transformative power of breath.

Through a blend of experiential learning, nervous system education, somatic awareness, and facilitation practice, you will develop the skills needed to confidently guide breathwork sessions in a safe, ethical, and grounded way.

This training is not just about learning a breathing technique. It is about understanding how breath interacts with the body, emotions, and nervous system, and how to hold meaningful space for others during powerful transformational experiences.

Ethical Standards & Professional Integrity

GPBA Ethically Compliant Breathwork Program.png

We are Committed to an Ethical Breathwork Practice

This training and facilitator have been approved as ethically compliant by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and currently are the only training as well as facilitator in Orange County, CA with this recognition.

The GPBA is an international organization that establishes ethical standards and professional guidelines for breathwork practitioners and training programs.

Their framework emphasizes:

  • Participant safety

  • Trauma-informed facilitation

  • Professional responsibility

  • Ethical standards in breathwork education

This Breathwork Facilitator Training has been designed to align with those standards so students learn not only how to guide breathwork, but how to do so safely, responsibly, and with integrity.

Why Ethical Training Matters

Breathwork can be a powerful and deeply transformative experience. Ethical training ensures facilitators understand:

  • how to support participants responsibly

  • how to work with emotional and somatic experiences

  • how to maintain safe boundaries in facilitation

  • how to recognize when additional support may be needed

Students in this training will learn ethical frameworks, real-life facilitation scenarios, and best practices for holding safe and supportive breathwork spaces.

BREATHWORK TEACHER TRAINING TESTIMONIAL FROM A THERAPIST

"Maja is an amazing instructor. Her teacher training was exactly what I was looking for. Maja handled her classes with so much care and attention. The way she approaches Breathwork is so inspiring to learn from.

As a mental health therapist, I have been able to add Breathwork to my practice and help my clients on a completely different level. Learning from her during classes has been a very powerful experience.

This is a course that has changed my life!"

BREATHWORK TEACHER TRAINING TESTIMONIAL FROM A BREATHWORK FACILITATOR

Through Maja’s breathwork classes I made exponential growth in recovery of my own trauma and I decided I wanted to share that gift she gave me with other people. Her philosophy and approach to breathwork is inspiring. She left me feeling confident with the skills she taught me and continues to lead as a great example. She continually offers opportunity for your own growth as a person but also has a healer. I would take her teaching course infinitely if I could. Each session you learn something about breathwork, about yourself, and the students you are surrounded by. I would recommend her as a teacher to anyone searching to be a future teacher of breathwork.
